...to be available to work. 5. Don't hand over your certificates to the company. 6. Most of the time salary will not be credited in time. You have to wait at least 1-2 months or more. 7. Initially the company was located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Now it is located in Chennai but I am not sure about it. 8. Previously company have another 2 names those are "YTR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and JIT WORLD". 9. The company's main persons are PARAMA SIVA RAJU(CEO) and Sandeep Kumar Reddy(Client-Relation).

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
