Never pay salary, while joining, HR will say, there is little delay (10 days) in salary, but wil credit with in 10Days. But never get the salary. Min 4 months delays, after 4 months may get 1 month salary. Always in interview time HR saying Everything will come back normal with in 2 months. If we believed this words and join with this company, we will be regret. If any offer get from this company, pls Don't resign from your current organization. Freshers please be careful.

1. Worst management and extreme office politics 2. Not open to new ideas 3. The management cuts half of your salary if you reach even 1 second late. They don't considered bangalore traffic and weather conditions. Pathetic work life balance. 4. No work recognition whatsoever

PL deducted against work from home for the month of April 2020. Salary reducing by 40 to 50 %. Salaries are pending for the month of January , February, Marhc, April, May etc. Forcing employee to give resignation. No job security. No increment No appraisal No salary on time No feeling for an employee & customer
