...ent. They will hire you based on their task then they will immediately fire you. Almost 30+ people got fired within 10 days who's salary is above 5 lpa . Shameless director Rawi Babu reason for everything.

Working at Mantra has been a great experience. The company has a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and grow.

Dislikes

We're expected to log in early but often end up logging out late, Which can make work-life balance challenging. The company doesn't offer a WFH option, even during health issues and emergencies.
