So you need to own and get it done or do it. People, staff are very supportive. I am not sure for promotion and appraisal, as I am yet to get increament.

Very slow pace company Small company/premises, people coming from big corporate may find difficult in that. No wfh policy

Management asks to always remain available on call/chat, even on weekends. Management sometimes limit your growth. Alternate Saturdays working

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
