The school is a perfect place to work at with supportive colleagues around and extremely approachable TL's and SL's. The management is well organised and goes with it's policies. The cafeteria is huge and provides good healthy food. It was a nice experience working here.

Salary is decent and a notice period of 3 months is to be paid. If the employee fails to pay three months of notice then he/she needs to pay 3 months salary and the security deposit also is forfeited. But this is all a part of the policy and the organization is quite transparent in mentioning about it at the time of hiring.

As I was a co teacher I had nothing much to explore, only thing I like is the management or the directors are very co-operative

Well the team I worked with consists of more parent teachers rather than teachers, where all have not been treated equally. Infact you can make a review of co teachers they were treated as their own maid by home room teachers. But still they are bearing as their complain is getting ignored by saying it's all a part of their training. Home room teachers were literally behaving like animals in the team I was working with. TL just supports homerooms based on nothing or based on favouritism. Co teachers work is not recognised at all. There's a kind of mental torture to them as far as I know. Please take the personal reviews from them in a very polite way and you will get to know. Please try to know what's happening to those under TLs and HRS, why they are not getting chances to prove themselves personally. It's been supported completely based on religiously or buttering or backbiting as far as I have seen the work from them. Everything is spoonfed to the teachers by the management but what is there to maintain such attitude I was confused. Everyone must be treated equally when they are coming to work somewhere. They might be the owner of some strange things but that they cannot show to the people they are working with or under them.

There is moderate collaboration between colleagues and a decent space to explore new ideas. Good staffroom and classroom, helpful and approachable administration.

There is a set hierarchy at place and hence promotion or new opportunities are seldom provided. Absurd policies like keeping phones in lockers which doesn't make sense in today's day and age where our world exist on our phones, despite being a part of ISP.

I worked here for 4 years and the management is really supportive of teachers. The leadership and senior staff (SLs, TLs) spends time improving the quality of teachers and learning of students. The school sends teachers for Cambridge extension professional development. (Free but have to sign 6-month contract). Unlike many other schools, the management never indiscriminately blame teachers and often support them if parents are rude to teachers.

The number of periods allotted to science subjects can be increased to accommodate lab works.

Everything, employees in some department doenst respect you(abusive) even after then took your help in their work.... which is not cool company policy, it works only on low level employees like us, it doesnt work on high level pay grade employees. If you are a good person, your life will stuck because of their company policy. only 10% increment even performed 300% in your role. Its not worth it. Notice period is 3 months.
