Its a good place to work. Colleagues are supportive but the salary structure is very poor.

Salary structure is not good. The school pays peanuts to its teachers.The work environment , culture, colleagues everything is fantastic. Timings are also good. If the school starts paying good I will be the first one to join back again.

Ups and downs are in the entire world... So a person need to have adaptation skills... They will excel... School has no negative points

Colleagues and admin staff is really good. Of course the students are excellent to teach.

Dislikes

The school head does not have managed skills to handle the staff. Personal and professional life cannot be balanced here.
