It is a good option for freshers who want to learn derivatives from the scratch. you will get practical experience of option trading by yourself.

They have predefined algo calander/ratio strategy in which they do most of the time buy/sell continuosly for 1-2 rupees profit. they call it churning and it is many times illogical and they force you to increase brokrage/Turn over for firm. so after few years your work will be limited to this only one stretegy so no new knowledge after few years.
