Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Nothing to like, no professionalism, management is self centered.

Dislikes

Everything. Management is not good, no growth, only self centered, Harrasment, no proper policy, no respect towards teachers, Principal is also worst, he don't know anything, he is the toy of management, no job security, Lot of politics, lt is kind suggestion to all not to join this school at any cost. Thank you
