Before 2 years the Company was a totally different one. One family, full freedom to work and take decision in the benefit of all. Everybody was given a chance to express their opinions. Support was always provided.

Dislikes

Being such a small Company it is into very Dirty Politics after the change in Management recently. The new management is more inclined towards what people are doing in the organisation rather than justifying their work profile and presence in the Company. After almost 25 years of Service in the Company started to feel suffocating .

I am worked in man Roland as service engineer. I am gave resignation letter company not gave my outstanding balance and not clear or gave my salarie other benefit in 3 years and exman service man so manroland India poor culture 😢 😞.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
