I am working here for more than 6years, management is very good,and professional staff and ethics are maintained.And benefits like PF ,ESI,sheduled day offs,with RH,CL.

Yeah it's quite good enough to survive at MANORAMA,while at working their is no peace at all. Any shift you had different challenges and you play different characters in job role conducted by management. Following the rule of management, under any circumstances are natural.

Dislikes

Some People (Bengali & Kerala) are dislike North East people, even work with them and mingle with them is very hard and very uneasy sometimes. Even firstly HR Madam Basudha also not treated me well, then after when I'm deciding to resign from my work she give her accompany to me. Ask me to more time before left MANORAMA, but as a Tribal or ST people I'm not satisfied to work under these management because we are coming so far and even after a long journey management didn't show their class of their excellence.

It a good working environment...& ..it is good platform where staff can feel secure as well as patients.... Patient get right treatment by the doctors ;nurses & others medical non medical people's....

good hospital in a bad location. location good for business but not for people coming from towns.no life.

Technologically the hospital is very strong.Directors are good,colleagues are good,but the difficulty is with the place Ranaghat.
