Timely salary, HR policies is good . Supportive management, yearly tour's for staff.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and from management some people's behaviour is very bad , He is using abusing and employee respect is nothing infront of him.

Good startup salary for fresher but there is no promotion and appraisals

... treat you like a slave.There is no professionalism and ethics in the company. You were asked to do overtime and for that there is no extra salary.

Nothing is for like ,I am totally disappointed.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is very slow,and in lockdown company cut my name from their employee list can’t give salary up to 3 months, I totally depressed by company in lockdown.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
