There is lot of politics and from management some people's behaviour is very bad , He is using abusing and employee respect is nothing infront of him.

Good startup salary for fresher but there is no promotion and appraisals

... treat you like a slave.There is no professionalism and ethics in the company. You were asked to do overtime and for that there is no extra salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is very slow,and in lockdown company cut my name from their employee list can’t give salary up to 3 months, I totally depressed by company in lockdown.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
