1) POLITICS IN COMPANY MANAGER EACH OTHER. 2) IN POOL HEAD QUARTER, MANAGER GIVE HIGH SALES PERCENTAGE TO HIS NEAR AND CLOSE EMPLOYEE. 3) COMPANY DON'T GIVE RESPECT TO SENIOR EMPLOYEE. 4) WHEN SOME EMPLOYEE REGIN THE COMPANY , COMPANY SENIOR MANAGER SPREED INMARKET THAT EMPLOYEE IS GET OLD AND HE/SHE DON'T WORK IN MARKET PROPERLY. THIS IS VERY BAD FOR COMPANY REPUTATION.

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

High Salary Deductions: The deductions, particularly compared to other companies in the industry, are noticeably higher. For instance, the medical insurance deduction of ₹2.4k per month is quite steep. 3. Extended Working Hours: While the official working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in reality, employees are expected to work from 8:10 AM until around 9:00 PM on most days, leading to a poor work-life balance. 4. Unsatisfactory Canteen Food: The quality of the food provided in the canteen leaves much to be desired, contributing to an overall negative daily experience. Uncomfortable workspace

There is now working life balance work starts at 9.30 am ends at 11 pm, if you don't want to give your family time then it's a good company for you, worst culture they will fire you anytime make you sit at home without any reason so that you give resignation

They will fire you without any notice make you sit at home for 6 months without salary, no long leaves granted even after working many years
