...slike. Work culture is worst, GMP is not followed. Management is full of idiots. HR don't provides CTC in mail, and after joining they surprisingly reduce your package. Superiors uses bad language to get work done.

Based on advertisement and cheap marketing they are growing in india. But as I told that there is no quality in products hence, let's wait and watch. Mr. Sharma who is VP has lost his brother during covid and I think that now due to this incident he is not mentally stable and use to take revenge from the employees.

Skill level of the Managers are not upto the level. They starts thinking like they are the owner of the organisation and behave like this. Still lot of things to be improved.

Nothing to like for this company.....

Dislikes

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

Salary structure further can be improved for the New Joinees & Old Employees also . Especially Yearly increment atleast 8-10% per year can be increased & Daily allowances Enery year 5 Rs only increased. That can be further improved like 100Rs in a year means it will be good for the people
