...designer. I feel like there is very little scope for designer in this company... There is a low salary slab for designer compare to others... Although I get so many compliments for the work I have done... But if you work for such a long time and you see very little growth then all the compliments are useless.

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.

Salary structure further can be improved for the New Joinees & Old Employees also . Especially Yearly increment atleast 8-10% per year can be increased & Daily allowances Enery year 5 Rs only increased. That can be further improved like 100Rs in a year means it will be good for the people

Extended Working Hours: While the official working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, in reality, employees are expected to work from 8:10 AM until around 9:00 PM on most days, leading to a poor work-life balance. 4. Unsatisfactory Canteen Food: The quality of the food provided in the canteen leaves much to be desired, contributing to an overall negative daily experience. Uncomfortable workspace
