Salary structure further can be improved for the New Joinees & Old Employees also . Especially Yearly increment atleast 8-10% per year can be increased & Daily allowances Enery year 5 Rs only increased. That can be further improved like 100Rs in a year means it will be good for the people

No job security. It is wrong to take people out of work because one month business comes and one month does not come, higher officials are working selfishly. They blame the people who work for them because they get problems and they fire them, that's one way to misrepresent the name of the company to the worker...

Bad culture, no job security, no balance leave reimbursement, no yearly bonus, no increments and after resignation employee gets only salary of last working month no any others amount like leave encashment, bonus, gratuity etc... Laala based company... Owners always think about cost cutting for employees.
