Company also provide Manufacturing project global exposure and training for which I get to travel abroad including US for learning Lean principles. Company drives Global standards Like Safety Management System, QMS and The Manitowoc way a lean initiative driven by top level management provide very good experience to Global manufacturing practices.

Dislikes

Even a MNC the company do not have global market exposure, Product line limited and so very unique and expensive than competitor in local market which is better in quality but unable to capture customer focus.Compensations is decent, but is slow.The work pressure is vary according to department and post.
