There’s nothing to appreciate about this company. They hire you with promises of working on new technologies, but their products are based on outdated systems. If you choose to stay and work on those, it will only harm your career. As per current market standards, there is no demand for such outdated technologies.

...e is no job security, and the management can abruptly force employees to resign. They pressure you to resign because, under such circumstances, they are not obligated to provide salary payouts or notice period compensation. If you are considering joining Manipal Technologies, I strongly advise you to take more time, explore other opportunities, and choose a different organization. In my case, our team of 18 members, including a Vice President, faced unjust treatment. The company terminated 17 employees without any valid reason. They demanded that everyone relocate to Mumbai without offering adequate compensation, fully aware that the current salary would not be sufficient to sustain living costs in Mumbai. This strategy seemed designed to push employees to decline relocation, enabling the company to reduce costs and balance their budget without incurring losses from compensation payouts. If you're thinking about joining the Crossfraud Operations team at Manipal Technologies Limited, please reconsider and evaluate your options carefully.

...fs i.e. Manager and above level their pay was cut only 10- 20% where as their P.M salary is ranged Btw. 80,000 to 2Lakh Per Month. 4. Too much of politics in the company. no growth, no advanced technology being implemented. 5.This company is a big fraud.! 6. and Much More Please note this is a very genuine review and i do not hold any grudges with that cheap class company as i do have some standards which is higher than the company they say lasting impressions and i say LOL!

Owners of the company are very professional and encouraging!! Lots of layoffs are made during COVID 19

... credibilities. Increments are not aligned to the Performance Appraisal scores.. During Covid-19, lots of layoffs are done and mid level staffs are forced to apply for Leaves without pay in addition to reduction in CTC..
