The promotions & increamants are not farly done , also few employees are strogling with very less salary after working 15 pluse years.

On time salary . Focus on employees training and development.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.

There is nothing dislike about hospital except salary which you provided for a pharmacist position

...promotions.. even though you are good at communication skills and hard worker ….you get nothing expect salary at the end of the month .. but if you are from OC background then you can work in Manipal hospitals Vijayawada .. even though you are worst at communication skills .. you can talk rudely to patients , you can fight with them also .. whatever you wanna do u can do it like a fish market .. although you will get appraisals and promotions …

I only like the hospital infrastructure. And credit of salary that is on time. Nothing else

Dislikes

There is no value of an employee whether it is experienced staff or fresher. Pathetic experience I have ever had in my 15 years of experience.
