...promotions.. even though you are good at communication skills and hard worker ….you get nothing expect salary at the end of the month .. but if you are from OC background then you can work in Manipal hospitals Vijayawada .. even though you are worst at communication skills .. you can talk rudely to patients , you can fight with them also .. whatever you wanna do u can do it like a fish market .. although you will get appraisals and promotions …

...ond party companies employees,but not satisfied this job, third party companies contractor employees getting more then salary second party employees getting less salary, not providing salary slips, they gave duplicate salary slips.

Dislikes

Second party contractor and third party companies contractor, they're not providing salary slips, and less salary not able to stay with Bangalore,all prices are increasing but not increasing properly salary.

...an't able to use my EL or CL they won't agree they won't encash your leave also. No compensation for double shifts and lower level employees treated like animals. Better take review with lower level employees

...curity, for extra hours hospital pay double payment, work satisfaction is there. Never delay salary, skill development also fine but it should be improve, personality development class once a week 2 hours we have to attend, if staff do extra hours duty management give food + tea . Every occasion celebrate nicely in hospital like holi, diwali, and other competition 💃dance, 🎤singing, fine arts 🎨✍🎭💕, cooking👨‍🍳🍲 they arranged. Over all management is good.

Dislikes

Here day duty for technician is 8 hrs and night duty 12 hrs but for nurses day duty 6 hrs and night 12 hours ie partiality. Don't allow to take long leave.
