...curity, for extra hours hospital pay double payment, work satisfaction is there. Never delay salary, skill development also fine but it should be improve, personality development class once a week 2 hours we have to attend, if staff do extra hours duty management give food + tea . Every occasion celebrate nicely in hospital like holi, diwali, and other competition 💃dance, 🎤singing, fine arts 🎨✍🎭💕, cooking👨‍🍳🍲 they arranged. Over all management is good.

Here day duty for technician is 8 hrs and night duty 12 hrs but for nurses day duty 6 hrs and night 12 hours ie partiality. Don't allow to take long leave.

Seniority, first impression is important,if is not,it will be bad impression. Job wise , good opportunity to work, excellent doctors treatment, I learn more thinks in my Life..

Salary.. 21/2 Year I worked Manipal hospital still now my salary 17000..my same experience out side hospital Manipal only 1yr4mnth experience get 22000 by hand..very bad.. If I asking so many excuses..

As this is my mother hood were I finished my studies and got an opportunity to work, I have enjoyed a lot, learned, rewarded and so on..so I would like to tell new comers why not have a try in this type of hospital for getting best exposure in everything.

Frankly to tell the only place were we get disappointed is salary basis and appraisal.
