The company management is not good, salary scale is avrage considering working hours and risk you taking on working floor.. never shows appreciation on your good performance..

There is freehand given to mid management level staff to take key business decisions in the interest of companies growth. People trained here can become excellent future upper management material.

Some upper management staffs are not suitable for the specific business. They have migrated from other key business and hence it is difficult to convince them on certain key decision making.

Manipal is like a family and hard to quit or leave the group. The open-door policy to meet the senior management team is awesome.

There are some managers who don't give opportunities to explore talents.

Angularity Management was not good and full of politics no customer support and no branches in other locations manipal group is very nice but angularity is bad that is part of manipal

There is a lot of politics and management was not address if I am told but no one take a action

They takes work from employee 9 to 10 hour. They don't mind is this Holiday, Sunday, festival even Holi or Diwali. You will have to come office and work. If company have over work you will have to work extra and no work you will have to sit without work. There are no social environment in office even no Odonil in bathroom, always smell like as public toilets.
