...r work flexibility. Lack of foreseen growth and inspiration in the organisation. Old age office methods of working and processes- especially when it comes to salary based on hierarchy. Calling a 'senior' member sir and not actually calling them by their name

Likes

As of now there are no good faculty to teach some specialized subjects like Credit, Forex, Trade Finance etc. They are managing the show conducting some induction program for clerks and officers of some private sector banks. It was being run excellently in 2008 to 2019 period as there were so many experienced faculty. Most of them left as the retirees who have crossed 65 years were given meagre 2% hike in salary whereas the youngsters who cannot even write a content were given an increase of 15% in salary.

Dislikes

Discrimination in salary hike between those who are less than 65 years old and those who are aged more than 65 years. I am a victim of that. I was taking regular classes of 28 hours per week (Manipal University norm is 17 hours per week) in addition to conducting specialized classes for senior officers of PSBs. Despite that when I crossed 65 years, they pegged my salary hike at 2%, though there was no reduction in working hours.

Likes

The grey haired faculty / faculty above 60 are treated very badly. They look at the color of hair instead of what is there inside their brain.

Dislikes

The faculty with lesser ability and lesser versality are paid higher compensation than the one who toils for the development of the organization

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology.Employees are working together and help to each other . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Company conducting lot of training programs to develop Employees skills & knowledge.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day .

...no growth for your self. You will get only one sided view. Thats compeny growth. They gave u salary so you have to work..

Dislikes

There is No proper Process . Thats enough for ruining your career. No one will listen to you when your'e explaining your thoughts. And the hirechy is too much. There is no open culture. You have to just blindly follow your maneger if they also. Your skill will never get appericiated. There is no flexibility. Within a week you have to complete the whole task without proper direction. And manegers will take full of credits for your ideas No work from home policy. U have to hit the busy traffic roads daily. No transport facility , No free food. Nothing expect these things here Design , Development everything is "JUGAAD" here. Dont Ruin your career joining here
