Timely salary. Have a friendly relationship with your manager and you are sorted till retirement. Timely vacation. Also if your planning to start a startup in future, then this is the right place how an organization, managers, so called leaders shouldn’t be. Worth every minute you spend in this organization.

If you are looking for career growth, culture, good mentorship, teamwork, learning, up-skilling, work life balance, opportunity, stability, insecurity then this is not for you.

I'm working as a "BC AGENT" as ICICI BANK. I don't get my salary last 2 month. I'm totally disappointed to the group of munipal business solutions pvt. So I decided resign this position.🥲🥲

Work life balance is good. Medium pressure of work. Cool environment. Supporting employees.

Salary structure is bit difficult. They cut maximum salary as variables which become very less amount Inhand.Otherwise no issue in this company.

Low Salary, less increment, late increment, continuous lay off, HR department delay the task and lazy, give preference to those who were working long and created dependency on projects.
