...Solutions Ltd. throughout the years I was the best performer across the country. but my carrier growth was nothing and my salary growth was very nominal high. Therefore I had been decided,that there is no carrier path for future betterment so leave the organization.

Timely salary. Have a friendly relationship with your manager and you are sorted till retirement. Timely vacation. Also if your planning to start a startup in future, then this is the right place how an organization, managers, so called leaders shouldn’t be. Worth every minute you spend in this organization.

Salary structure is bit difficult. They cut maximum salary as variables which become very less amount Inhand.Otherwise no issue in this company.
