...ow how to treat a fresh graduate. He will not leave any chance to humiliate you. The salary structure is also not so good. After joining you will realise that there is no future. It will only make you proficient in MS Excel and E- Mail writing Later on when you will want to switch the company hardly any company will accept your CV. So If you are willing to get a bright future please avoid.

... From Sr. management to state level higher-ups all take advantage of juniors. 3. Salary is very less. At the time of selection, higher salary was promised after probation, but all were lies. 4. Sr. management is arrogant and the owners are not eligible enough to run a company.
