In COVID-19 Pandemic Management has been not only deucted employees Salary & Others perquiities of last 6 months but also deducted their all balance leave left out during lockdown period. But they have not cut down employees.

Everything is bad in this organisation. Work culture is pathetic. They do not give salary on time. There is no fixed date of salary. You can't ask for the salary. They don't give appraisal timely. They can tell you don't come from tomorrow any moment. There is specific KRA. Don't join this company at all.

The office was pretty good. The employees were nice and friendly too.

Dislikes

...or SOPs in place to coordinate work between departments and between employees. Salary was delayed at times but nonetheless given. No proper HR and management policies... different rules for different people.

Team work, timely salary, and lot of time for self development. Work life balance is very good

Treatment of management with the staffs are very much out of the line. One fine morning you will find yourself jobless. All your good works, your involvements will be simply forgotten and you will be thrown out as a pice of sheet

You may have leave days allotted to you, but you won’t be able to take them because of one person who seems determined to ruin things. This individual will make it difficult for you to work happily in the company. Completely lacking knowledge, empathy, and humanity, this person is a chaotic and dangerous presence. Everyone in the company dislikes this individual. EVERYONE. Higher management: The one sitting in that chair is the worst kind of human being. Anyone unfortunate enough to work under this individual will regret it for the rest of their life, with a leader like that. The company will likely lose its good name someday because of this person. Best of luck to those trying to survive under such a malicious-hearted leader. This individual has kept the organization’s head blind to the truth and constantly mistreats employees working under them.
