Its a great place to work. Friendly managers. Good learning. Awesome salary hikes. Unbelievably good variable payouts. Hybrid work model.

Nothing to dislike but the product is complex and needs sharp mind to understand.

1. Nice office infra and swanky new office. 2. Friendly top management as long as you are working overtime and in their good books. 3. Pays little more compared to Indian IT companies and less than established product based firm. 4. You can learn supply chain domain here. 5. Good transport( though not free if you work in normal hours). 6. Free coffee/tea in the cafeteria.

...anagers. 5. HR is useless and they act like puppets. 6. Very less employee care. You only get the salary on 31st. No wfh setup or any other benefits were provided. It has a revenue first culture instead of people culture. 7. Very less outings or team building events and org has work-only culture. 8. They say it is a flat organisation but instead the top management is not aware of what is happening at the bottom level and they rely on middle managers for everything. 9. Very less trainings provided and you are supposed to learn everything on your own.

If you are dedicated and show interest in your work, it is greatly admired and rewarded by the management eventually. Everything depends on how well you create a good and balanced professional relationship with your team.

...austed sometimes. The reward for this extra work is not constant in the company. Some teams get handsome compensation for this while others do not.
