Team mates were very supportive and there was a sense of comraderie.

Dislikes

Compensation was decent and there is little to no growth. The management is driven by fear and job security is non-existent. I was expected to work on weekends and after normal work hours to please the upper management and was not allowed to pitch new ideas. Very old fashioned sense of work culture and very hierarchical. Managers are very afraid to pitch new ideas for the fear of being shut down by the upper management and there was a prevalent fear of job security all around.

It’s the best place to learn supply chain As Manhattan Associates work with many clients and other companies. Each client has different supply chain processes and functionalities .

Salary and benefits aren’t much and appraisals were not so great.

R&D Division: The Management is supportive and understanding Benefits and perks where earlier super good and was known in the the past as pay master. There are no managers and everyone has to code. Usually most managers here dont micro manage and give a free hand to work

Dislikes

Taking down a path to the service based from product based approach. Perks and benefits are being reduced. No Onsite Opportunity for R&D division.
