Extremely tight deadlines, no good work, no proper format, unrealistic expectations, no proper management, no work culture, no learning, no growth, terrible managers.The managers promise that they will give you good work and inspite of you performing very well, they forget their promises. You are considered a key critical resource of the project and projected everywhere the same and given abundant amount of work ,but at the time of promotions and hikes they forget everything. No growth. They used to call people even on Saturdays and Sundays both ,for months together, without break and used to cancel tickets of people who have planned for weekend and don't even re-imburse the money. Very unprofessional manager. Too much politics.

It's a excellent company when it comes to job security but some what good in case of compensation and management. Work life balance is not all there.

Work life balance. If u are hard worker and u work more than others then u will feel ur work is not being valued because hike and all will balanced among all the employees. Which you will feel bad unfair to you.
