...ays. Treat u like very badly. College is gud for Students but nt for faculities.Bus fees they deduct frm our salary which is too high. U forget ur personal life if u join this place. 2years probationary period. Lot of blame game and Internal politics is played. Top management and High authority always pressure u unexpectedly and make u feel guilty. Even if ur not well ur called for work. Many things are there which can't be publicly told.
MITE has the best infrastructure and the compensation offered. Salary is credited on time on last working day of the month, MITE was one of very few colleges to provide 100% salary same on-time even during Covid.
Growth happens with the adoption of new technology and process, so have to adopt to the new challenging demands of the education industry, which needs a person to give their 100% best
Every Organization has its own positives and areas of improvement. MITE is also trying to adopt new things and not everyone may appreciate it. To be amongst top college needs to adopt new things that need more than regular work, which all may not be able to

...e of holding any one of our original certificate, while collecting Offer letter. Compared to other colleges, Salary is low with very less hike, which will be given after completion of probationary period. Most of the holidays are working in MITE calendar any maybe ask to work overtime without compensation leave or extra pay. No parking shed for vehicles. Student faculty ratio is not maintained which will burden on faculties with too many subjects to be handle.
Only salary will be credited on time. Otherwise they don't give any holidays given by government which will create many loss of pay, or leave without pay or late punch, where our salary will be deducted without intimation.
