- No bonus - Poor management - Not fix time for promotion or increment - Even when employee put hard effort and get bonus and gifts from client they will never give it to their employees.

Dislikes

...ar about project requirements and even not clear your role and responsibilities. Overtime not calculated and extra day salary regarding process not approved by account team. Account team is blamed to employees. Salary appraisal process is very slow. If taken leaves then need to complsat leave days in Saturday or Sunday.

Work from home.... Not else

Dislikes

Work from home, but you have to stay near Ahmedabad so they can ask you to visit office whenever they want, Lay off you once your project is over No budget for increament at the time of increment You need to work overnight, of client have tight timeline, which is almost every 2nd day and also need to work on holiday. Management will not care about it.
