Departmental person are very good and supportive.

Dislikes

Top management have no rule and regulations for salary. They are doing very unprofessional behaviour with faculty. Less qualified person get highest salary and accommodation also but eligible person got very lowest salary without accommodation. They are selecting people on behalf of beauty & buttering behaviour. Lots of things here after 2 or 3 months you can know. Every year they only 500 rs hike in your salary.

There is nothing that one may like about this pathetic organization. They have no standard policies, pay scales, work culture is disastrous.

Everything right from the beginning whether it is the salary, policies are irrelevant and overall the culture is highly negative. If you want to spoil your career then mandsaur university is the best option for you.

Don't pay salary on time. Pay less salary. Salary what they offer before joining is different but when join the college after few days they said by mistake it was offered and redused the salary. No work life balance. Partcialty. Extra lecture. They make their favourite as hod. No facilty of accomodation asked to stay in boys hostel. No regular appointment on senior position. Not deserving seating in chair. Management not listen.

Workload is much and salary is like a peon. No time of salary . Behaviour of HOD specially Education department like dictator. She has no mind to judge what is right and wrong. Students are facing problems by injustice in marking. Faculty has no liberty to smile. Encipherment is with stress. You cand think about your personal life. Eighty percent faculty is on paper and not eligible.

The vision of the university is good but management should read the honest review from the google. so that they may know who is doing bad for the university.

Dislikes

The HR and Dean Administration are senseless and inhuman. They are just demeaning the image of the university. Management should think about it. Many of the employees are leaving because of them and they are hiding even this reality from the management. Their behavior and decision-making are questionable.
