The absolute worst place to work in. The company owner is a micromanager and makes employees work 60 hours a week with ZERO paid leaves. Far too much yelling and screaming and an extremely hostile workplace. Every employee quits within 3 months including interns and helper staff.

Dislikes

There is no constructive criticism possible for this workplace. Extremely hostile environment and the company owner shows a pattern of disrespect towards his employees.

Likes

As a career start, it was an excellent place to start, as it helped me a lot in learning and training in many areas of designing and product development. After almost 7 years of working in other companies , i still work with Mandoth as a freelancer as i consider working with Mandoth as one of mu best learning experience.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high as well as the time span is also long as it is one of the most known design houses in Bangalore.
