Salary not giving correctly and food also not good,food is extremely worst, more employees got worm from the pongal, sambar extra weekly once Managers are extremely torturing and threatening no safety no job security there. Partiality also having a group of peoples only getting promotion Worst company i have ever worked. HR govindraju resigned month salary also not given for more than 30 employees. Worst company

It is a very good company which encourages the employee in overall development and helps for their future. It also encourages the employees who are interested in studies.

Compensation is not bad abd growth is also ok. But work pressure is too high.

I working in Indian top most safety component manufacturer automotive company . I will like team work in my company . There are so many kinds of support I got .there have so much of thing having to learn and develop your skills . I like my company culture.
