No like, inside staff no cooperation and there's no management at all, moreover company owner don't know what is happening in side the office, no policy, no procedure, unless inside staff changes company will not develop

Until Ceo Venkatesh kumar is working there. who is a undergraduate mentality man with high level of insecurity in him. A ruler with iron rod with thugs under him as managers .he is pulling down the mandela family into pieces. Allowing only him to live . Insult and inferiority in every days life . Mr.Omar chairman has to keep the family intact not the expatriate ceo as his brother .Indian cannot become a somali just for money and power
