Team work and skills for which teaching and learning are being carried out to meet up the targets and needs of the student satisfaction. Educational innovation in the school was wonderful and great indeed.

Dislikes

Poor management,lack of Educational training facilities.Poor salary .Motivational problem. Negative attitude of supremos to workers.late payment of salaries to Teachers.

Green and nature friendly campus.

Dislikes

...hey are not allowed to enter the school gate for further formality completion. Salary benefits are nil. No firm policies and policies keep changing as new leaders step in. Working hours are extended upto midnight sometimes due to improper planning. Education is fair which is not acceptable due to high fee structure. Rules are different for each staff as per liking towards to the staff,Partial. Staffs are cornered and eventually thrown out. No ethics, professionalism and proper administration.

...notice. That is in spite of signing an agreement which requires 3 months notice. When a teacher gives three months notice he works for three months without pay. What a joke?

They make you wait for long from the interview rounds and don't reply back on the next schedule. Most of the times they keep our resume on hold. For nearly more than 2 -3 weeks and don't respond when we call them for feedback. Very upsetting

Manchester is envisioned by the chairman as a hub of education. All kinds of educational activities. That is the reason that it is just not satisfied by 'International curriculum', but also offers CBSE, NIOS and is open to embrace all other options in future.

Dislikes

I dislike to to disassociated with Manchester IS. But I love change and therefore have chosen to move on. Who knows, 'life is a circle'. Manchester work atmosphere is evolving month by month and year by year under able leadership. I wish best for Manchester IS and all who dedicate themselves in its growth and development.
