Dislikes

They make you wait for long from the interview rounds and don't reply back on the next schedule. Most of the times they keep our resume on hold. For nearly more than 2 -3 weeks and don't respond when we call them for feedback. Very upsetting

Money minded,Community politics,loyal staff are humiliated to the core. Hard work and dedication is not appreciated or motivated. No professional development. Qualified staff are not appointed for any role. Bond is for 3 years and if you break it due to personal situation ,certificates are not given even after paying 3 months salary,it's not handed even upto a year. Once staff leaves the school breaking the bond they are not allowed to enter the school gate for further formality completion. Salary benefits are nil. No firm policies and policies keep changing as new leaders step in. Working hours are extended upto midnight sometimes due to improper planning. Education is fair which is not acceptable due to high fee structure. Rules are different for each staff as per liking towards to the staff,Partial. Staffs are cornered and eventually thrown out. I was conned into accepting the post of principal from 12 December 2017. Was not allowed to perform my duties as the principal as without the director/owner Mr. Moorthi's permission I could not even change the subjects offered for IGCSE and AS levels. I was well respected in kit International School, the geekay world school , Ranipet and Sanjay Ghodawat International School Kolhapur where I was the head of Cambridge curriculum(CIE). Even in Brunei Darussalam where I worked for 32 years I was well respected because of my work ethics and know,edge of Cambridge curriculum. But the management terminated me saying that I did not perform up to their expectation. The real reason is that I refused to bow down to the request of the management to commit malpractice in the March series exams. Compliance unit of Cambridge exams are awRe of this. The school is run by a nexus headed by a lady who seems to be in charge of admissions but she literally runs the schoo. Anyway it is a blessing in disguise that they terminated me with effect from 24 May 2018 with just one weeks notice. That is in spite of signing an agreement which requires 3 months notice. When a teacher gives three months notice he works for three months without pay. What a joke?...Read More

Worst school I have worked in my 42 years of experience in Malaysia, Brunei, kit international school, the geekay world school, Sanjay Ghodawat International School. Management has no idea about education. They are notorious in malpractice.

Team work and skills for which teaching and learning are being carried out to meet up the targets and needs of the student satisfaction. Educational innovation in the school was wonderful and great indeed.

Dislikes

Poor management,lack of Educational training facilities.Poor salary .Motivational problem. Negative attitude of supremos to workers.late payment of salaries to Teachers.
