Mancer consulting is a good company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth will not happen due to some managers or reporting managers. They don't want to grow the company. Every branch has a different different branch managers. Only ahemdabad branch isn't growing and will never grow due to some politics done by managers. if any experience person will join the company then branch managers feel insecure about the own job and he will say to you ask to leave without any reason and directors will not ask you the reason.

The management is very supportive and helps you excel in your career

I worked there for more than 2 years and it all went so positively, I must say, I enjoyed going to the office, there isn't anything to dislike.

employee engagement activities, teamwork, different work assignments allotted ,birthday celebrations and team outings

Employee retention, employee appraisal is partial,career growth opportunities is average, pressure in achieving targets

What I like about mancer is" respect" they believe every person is important to this organisations. If I talk about career opportunities so" yes " they help you for the further career growth. Environment is also very good.

Dislikes

What I dislike is politics which every organisation have.As I faced the same, there are different team and different people so yes I had bad experience about this.

Likes

Almost everything. Too healthy work environment and mentors who guide you. If you want to learn and grow this is one of the best company. They have simple agenda. "Work hard Party Hard".

Dislikes

Few thing, they sometimes they should be little flexible and listen to there employee problem. They do but sometimes it doesn't happen. This can be improved.
