Likes

Less pressure for academic and result oriented work. Less paperwork.

Dislikes

1. 2 hours gate pass for going out from school campus. Sometimes it's not get signed on time. 2. Meditation for 45 minutes per day. 3. MOD duty which is standing on toes for more than 12 hours. 4. Night prep duty, sometimes extra prep given in starting of new year or lacking of teachers 5. Very less holidays even public holidays too. Teacher get holiday in form of fortnight turn, not weekly.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
