1. Un-necessary Dominant behavior from Seniors. 2. Public Humiliation by seniors. 3. Unauthorized interference in other departments' internal affairs. 4. Loud gossiping about employees personal life, accompanied by taunting. 5. Consistent disrespect and unprofessional conduct. 6. Targeted harassments of the employee who disagree or spoke up. 7. Unprofessional behavior from two senior sales personnel, including loud conversation and disruptive laughter causing negative impact on productivity and team morale. 8. I highly recombed avoiding to join the sales team here. The other department are good comparatively, but the sales team is particularly poor.

Sales team not cooperative. Egoistic seniors. Disrespectful behaviour from sales seniors in front of all. Tauting on personal issues. Work life balance is worst. Seniors Dominating behaviour towards junior employees and targeting behaviour

Nothing to like... Worst company culture.. Sales Head Rudra Sharma always blame his impotence to others and ask team members to resign.. no job security.. if your are sensible person don't join Manav Group

No job security at all, company can remove u by giving without any valid reason. Self made policy are there which r useless. Too much politics is there in the company.

Some trusty old people are stick there and if u r not in their favor so these people decide whether the employee has to kept in the company or not and owner is not bothered about anything. He is fully rely on that person. Company is not giving the incentives to the employes for example if u work there for 1 and half year and you have some problem with sales HOD so they will try to remove u from the company as soon as possible and cut that incentive and share with Head office. Worst company in pune I would suggest if u r really looking a good flat farm in real estate dont join this compny. You will get a very bad experience of these people.
