1. Un-necessary Dominant behavior from Seniors. 2. Public Humiliation by seniors. 3. Unauthorized interference in other departments' internal affairs. 4. Loud gossiping about employees personal life, accompanied by taunting. 5. Consistent disrespect and unprofessional conduct. 6. Targeted harassments of the employee who disagree or spoke up. 7. Unprofessional behavior from two senior sales personnel, including loud conversation and disruptive laughter causing negative impact on productivity and team morale. 8. I highly recombed avoiding to join the sales team here. The other department are good comparatively, but the sales team is particularly poor.

I was at lamoda site. Sandeep sir supported me very well, he teach me about sales process, Manav group culture, also supported by Ramesh sir, rudra sir, swati mam. HR team is also very supportive. Very good journy with Manav group. Manav group's main focus is on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

Favoritism in Sales Department.- : Certain employees Recieve special Treatment in various aspects of their work. : They Given Higher Increments , extra incentives & Prioritize their Leaves & Weekoffs. :These employees enjoy comfortable work conditions & Their mistakes often go unnoticed. 2. Unfair Treatment of Targated employee : Targated employees always receive consistant Disrespect. : They are blamed for issues. : There is plan to remove targated employee from company. 3. Unrecognized Efforts : Favored Employees are often give credit for works other have done : Hard work and dedication of targated employees are ignored and unnoticed. 4. Lack of Work life Balance- : The work culture is extremlly stressfull and there is no space for personal life. : Employees getting difficulty in getting Leaves for their Personal life and wellbeing. 5. Overall toxic work Enviroument- : The consistant favoritism and discrimination leads to demotivating and unhealthy work atmosphere.
