...of subordinates. The life-work balance is good. There is no toxic work culture. Salary for a fresher was a bit less but overall experience was very good.

Company can terminate anyone without any valid reason.

Salary is delayed by 3 months, some time maybe 5 months delay. If you are sick and unable to go to the site, you will be at room for the rest, but if you are in yard 2 camp then they will cut electricity.
