It's a terrible place to work for employee counselors. Involves more of clerical works and very minimal counselling. Not suitable for people having clinical experience.

Job security is good but compensation and benefits are poor. Not a good place for counselors having clinical experience. Very minimal counselling and more of clerical works. Though by name it's corporate,but hard to see corporate culture.

Likes

Well the only help as we are getting so far is 40% - 50% salary credit help & work from home pressure as every member have to input into collection / receivables from clients even on Sundays.

Dislikes

Benefits to employees are very limited & leaves, bonus, long holidays are too much controlled, even all employees relaxation from June onwards have been cancelled and each members are bound to attend office irrespective of any transportation issues or any other issues in such critical situation that employees are unable to go out of home in case Red zone warnings.

No women safety no job security there is no security guard even any employee did mistake they are only take action against branch head .if there is any theft incident happen they aren't take any serious Ness against thief only take action on innocent branch head

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala. Strict punishments like in no other organizations-Penalty for dress code violations(has to wear the badge like a dog collar all the time-pinning the same not allowed, can't attach them on pants) No leaves with saturdays and mondays combined, in such a scenario Sundays will also become LOP
