In field level fully fake process... Company wants only growth , no matters how growth will come... For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience. All management and higher officials fraudstars.

Staff ac cutting.. salary hold.. h.r very very critical transfer woman from any where no security for specially women s not support to management no value for old and experience employee line managers not supported leave policy also very bad

One thing that i liked about manappuram finance limited is that the company pays salary in time to the employees.

Dislikes

... very poor,even after achiving the target higher authorities do not appriciates.Especially managers are getting incentives directly to their salary account but staffs are not getting incentives to their account. And after knowing this thing not a single higher authority speaks about this thing,where work is divided between employees but not the incentives.

1.Salary is not good. That's why some employees in the branch are doing illegal things like cheating customer, fake bill to make money. 2. As it's a loan sector. When There is shortage of cash in cash counter, the employee of the branch (cashier, Manager) are responsible to bring a huge amount of cash money from bank or nearest MAFIL branch without any armed protection, which is a very very life risky work. 3. New joined employee can't take any leave for 1year. 4. No security guard has provided to the branch.

Only one Negative thought Other state transfer north India to south india and south india to north India that's why I will be leaving this company
