Lot of problem also in manappuram like in scheme we don't have any easy scheme to convert the customer. Age criteria is also problem in manappuram becouse the customer age should be 25 year as per kyc and company rules. Other company age criteria is customer age should be 21 this is the big factor in manappuram company.

There is a lot of deductions in salary and value to the employee is less it is totally business Oriented. Employee satisfaction is very much less.

It's a good company good incentive given and salary given and every year bonus also given.

It's very toff to new joining employees because there is no training to employees all training BH given to employees and any issue is there not solved immediately.

Manappuram finance is a good company to work. They should improve the salary pay scale and they should reduce the work pressure and adjust the targets

The companies target pressure to the employees should reduce because they are not giving the targe for the profit of the company they have a competition with other finances. So the company should only focus on their profit and secure the employees.
