In field level fully fake process... Company wants only growth , no matters how growth will come... For this all employees have full pressure. some times theft gold will come for loan.... company very bad response for that branch manager fully suffered in that time . Company wants not only growth and also more customers for this heavy pressure. In monday if we do 2 new customers , they again want 5 customers per branch for this many fake accounts created by the employees... most worst work experience. All management and higher officials fraudstars.

...don't fall for it. Heavy work pressure Daily need to provide fake new customers Unusual salary cutting from punctual and sincere employees. sudden transfers without any notice. worst support from the higher officials and the head office. Worst work culture.

1.Big disadvantage is company not provide the full salary even if you work excellent. They will deduct by the name of staff account, No one knows about the staff account, If your call to the HR department they don't tell you properly they speak very rudely. 2.They is no respect to the branch employees. AH, RM and HR department will treats like a dog. 3. After more than 1 year, If you resign they will impose some staff account which is more than 5k. Even if your completed the notice period properly 4. I was completed the notice period properly even though they imposed 6k staff account, They are saying you should pay 6k compulsory then only you will get the experience letter. This kind of company I never saw before any where.

Tremendous mental pressure but the salary is very low.. You have to take transfer wherever the company wants from the very next day.. And higher official is not supportive. Unnecessary holiday cancellation and unnecessary salary holding and deduction.. I am tired of this...
