There is a lot of deductions in salary and value to the employee is less it is totally business Oriented. Employee satisfaction is very much less.

They do more work in less salary. Work time is too much. In that too, sometimes they stop for more time and work. They work on Sundays as well. Salary does not increase even after working for 8 years. Older employees give more pressure and harass them

Very low salary according to other fincecs Company giving me different offer letter and salary credited in account is very different Company not following giving commitment to employees And also fuel allowance not provided in actual but company comited at joining time This is totally misguiding employee
