There will no training when joining the company. We should learn our self by time . after that there will be training classes and more activities which will give you more and more information to handle gold, customers, and their specific applications.

Fantastic company ever. I work with manappuram since 5 year almost good but salary is very less according to time given to company. Overall all is best competitive to other companies

i working to this company for last three years no increment in my salary even we work on sunday but they not provide OT . If watchman is not present in branch staff work as watchman. Company cancel our holiday and they not give compensation in some cases they provide compensation. We can not take long leave more then 10 days code will remove automaticly for eg- one of my staff met with an accident she take more than 10 days leave she is fired from company. there is not conduct yearly appraisals in our company.in our company there is no branch level operation dept, auction dept, marketing dept and sales dept this all department its difficult to manage all department works by 4 or 5 employee
