Good working environment and culture .here the management centerlise all power and diction making process so problem solving process is very slow, company can't invest in research and development process so innovation new things doesn't come.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. But salary give at proper time,but in covid 19 situation company cut salary .

Transfers, communication between the company and their employees are very poor when it comes to transfer. Employee will bear the burden if there's anything happens in wrong way for the company.

Dislikes

I am dislike about work Mannapuram asset finance because their employees are not good behavior customer also junior staff . Manager behavior Are very poor behavior with all junior staff and bed politics whit junior staff. So company are not growing that's reasin

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
